% 27.07.2016 The final order in this case with respect to subject matter of the appeal was made on 05.05.2016 - it pertained to the interim visitation rights which the appellant claimed, of his two sons. While disposing of the appeal, the Court had required the parties to attempt at settling the disputes through mediation and thereafter fixed today for reporting outcome of mediation. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that till date no settlement has been arrived at and at the same time, the parties are still in mediation. In the circumstances, no further orders are called for since the parties are at liberty to proceed in the mediation proceedings. The appeal is accordingly disposed of. S.
