% 21.01.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner says that the matter has been settled with the respondent and therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel's only concern is that the certificates qua withholding of tax deducted by the respondent have not been issued.

Mr.Nair says that the TDS certificates will be issued within one week of the due date of deposit of the tax.

The captioned petition and the pending applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
