% 10.02.2016 Mr. Krishnan says that this petition was filed in the background of the fact that an application filed under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1908, was not dealt with by the Company Law Board (CLB) while disposing of CP 110/2009 vide order dated 16.1.2014. This application, Mr.Krishnan says was numbered as C.A. 336/2010. Further, Mr.Krishnan says that in view of the order passed today which, inter alia, directs CLB to dispose of all pending applications, he does not press the captioned petition.

The captioned petition and the application are, accordingly, disposed of.
