The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.429/2015 registered under Sections 394/397/411/34 IPC at PS Okhla Industrial Area. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the Trial Court record. The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2015. Coaccused - Kishan Pal Singh @ Pintu with similar allegations has already been admitted to bail by Sessions Court vide order dated 16.10.2015. Upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed and the case is listed for recording prosecution evidence. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
