O R D E R

% 16.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter. Pursuant to the settlement statement for first motion for divorce by mutual consent has already been recorded before the learned Trial Court and part-payment of `3 lakhs made to the complainant. Complainant who is present in Court and is identified by the investigating officer affirms the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the parties have settled the matter I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `5,000/- with one surety of the like amount BAIL APPLN. 2509/2015

subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed.

Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
