ORDER

% 27.11.2015 The petitioner challenges his posting order dated 01.10.2015. The respondents, who appear on advance notice, submit that the petitioner has been stationed in Delhi since 2009. The petitioner, however, disputes it stating that he was kept on extra regimental employment after the completion of which he went to the Unit. The petitioner's claim inter a/ia also is that his daughter's marriage is scheduled on 22.12.2015 and that his son is all set to appear in the 121h standard public examination in MarchlApril, 2016. In these circumstances, the respondents, during the course of hearing, agreed to extend the joining period of the petitioner to 31.12.2015. They also state that in case the petitioner wishes to retain his residential quarter, it is open for him to apply for the same. By:AMULYA

The respondents are hereby directed to consider the application reasonably and in accordance with their policies. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner reserves his right to seek last leg posting in accordance with the polices.
