Learned counsel for the petitioner and complainant states that the parties have arrived at a settlement. Exchange of articles has been done and the parties will shortly be filing a petition seeking quashing of the FIR in question.

Considering the fact that the parties have settled the matter, it would be in the interest of justice to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 628/2015 under Sections 323/354/392/506/34 IPC registered at PS Palam Village, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed by the BAIL APPLN. 2508/2015
Investigating Officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
