CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI

O R D E R

% 12.07.2016 Having heard counsel for the petitioner, considering the gravity of the offence alleged against him and the material relied upon by the prosecution, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The other two accused are still on the run. The charge sheet stands filed. In these circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in the case. It is hoped that the same shall be concluded within the next eight months. Petition stands disposed of.
