O R D E R

% 22.11.2016 In terms of the directions of the learned Single Judge in the order under appeal, the learned counsel for the IOC states that an appropriate order would be passed within six weeks from today after giving an opportunity to the appellant of being heard. The said order shall be communicated to the appellant.

If aggrieved, the appellant is at liberty to file the appropriate proceeding for redressal of his grievance.

Till such order is passed, the interim order passed by us on 20.11.2015 shall continue.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
