1. The only grievance of the Petitioner at this stage is that there are certain annexures to the show cause notice which are either not supplied to it or copies thereof are not legible. It is stated that the Petitioner has made a request in this regard to the authority concerned.

2. Whatever grievance the Petitioner may have in this regard may be addressed to the adjudicating authority who will take a decision thereon in accordance with law.

3. The Court does not consider this is a sufficient ground to interdict the process at this stage.

4. The writ petition is dismissed.
