The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2015. It is informed that the victim 'X' (assumed name) on whose complaint the FIR was lodged has attained the age of maturity on 17.10.2015 and at present she is living in Madipur with the accused's cousin. She has also applied for providing protection from her parents / guardians. The prosecutrix is present in Court and informs that she is living at the residence of the accused with his mother and has no objection to the grant of bail. 3.

Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
