The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.877/2015 registered under Sections 307/323/34 IPC at PS Jahangir Puri. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have perused the police file of FIR Nos.877/2015 and 879/2015. From perusal of the FIRs, it reveals that a quarrel had taken place between both the parties on 30.09.2015 in which they sustained injuries. In the instant FIR No.877/2015, Sandeep, Deepak and Bishvanath have already been arrested. Main allegations are against them. Only role assigned to the petitioner is that she exhorted them to finish the victim and caught hold complainant's hair. Injuries suffered by Avneesh have been opined 'grievous' in nature whereas the complainant Mamta sustained simple hurt.

In FIR No.879/2015, the victim therein suffered stab injuries in the quarrel. Only Avneesh has been arrested in the said FIR and other assailants - Raman, Asif and Arshad are absconding. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the role assigned to the petitioner, she is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, she be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer.

She shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
