% 04.01.2016 CM No.32467/2015 (for exemption) 1.
Allowed, subject to just exceptions.
2.
The application is disposed of.
CM No.32466/2015 (of petitioner for direction) 3.
The petitioner/applicant upon being furnished the reasons for nonprocessing of his application, as directed in the order dated 23rd November, 2015 disposing of this petition, now by this application seeks to impugn the said reasons.
4.
The challenge, if any by the petitioner/applicant to the reasons now furnished to him has to be by way of a substantive petition and not by way of this application in the disposed of writ petition. CM No.32466/2015 in W.P.(C) No.10770/2015
5.
It may also be noticed that though the reasons were informed to the petitioner/applicant as far back as on 28th November, 2015 and the Visas were valid till 27th December, 2015 only, this application has been filed belatedly and has come up today for the first time. 6.
The petitioner/applicant will also have to consider the aspect of the Visas having lapsed.
7.
The application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner/applicant to, if aggrieved from the reasons so communicated to him, take remedies with respect thereto in accordance with law.
