There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant. The appellant has neither deposited the litigation expenses of Rs.15,000/- nor the penalty amount of Rs.1,18,236/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 11th April, 2017.

The appeal is dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution. 3.

The interim orders are vacated.

The respondents no.1 to 3 are at liberty to enforce the order of the Commissioner, Employees' Compensation as well as the order dated 11th April, 2017 with respect to the litigation expenses of Rs.15,000/- awarded to respondents no.1 to 3, in accordance with law.
