The appeal impugns the judgment and decree of ejectment of the appellant from the premises earlier in his tenancy and after determination of such tenancy, the rent of the premises being in excess of Rs.3,500/- per month.

Notice of the appeal was ordered to be issued on 4th December, 2015 and subject to the appellant depositing the entire decretal amount due towards mesne profits, the execution was stayed. 4.

Neither has the appellant taken any steps for service of the respondent nor has any amount been deposited.

Dismissed in default.
