% 29.04.2016 CMs 15346-47/2016 Vide order dated 14th December, 2015, this contempt petition was dismissed in default as well as on merits and limitation. The petitioner present in person submits that he could not appear before this Court on 14th December, 2015 on the ground of illness. However, it is not disputed that the contempt petition has been filed after the expiry of one year from the date on which the contempt has allegedly been committed. In that view of the matter, the restoration of contempt petition is not warranted.

Both the applications are dismissed.
