% 03.05.2016 The judgement debtors have placed on record the documents to show that the water and electricity bills upto date have been paid. They have also placed on record two sets of keys of the ground floor of the suit property, namely, 13/27, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi.

The keys have been placed in an envelope in a sealed cover, which has been opened and the keys are delivered to the decree holder, who is present in court with her counsel, and she is identified by her counsel. In case the keys do not work or they are found to be incomplete, it shall be open to the decree holder to break open the locks to access all portions of the ground floor.
