By way of this application, the petitioner has prayed for extension of time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2015 to the learned ASJ01, Patiala House Court to dispose of the appeal. 2.

Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 14.12.2015 this Court directed the learned ASJ-01, Patiala House Court to expeditiously hear and dispose of the appeal instituted by the petitioner preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing without granting any unwarranted adjournments to counsel for the parties. 3.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if W.P.(CRL) 2934/2015

the time granted to the learned ASJ vide order dated 14.12.2015 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, is extended. 5.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to learned ASJ vide order dated 14.08.2015 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner is extended for a further period of three months. 6.

Applications stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Court for information and compliance.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
