Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed some documents in the Registry a week ago, with an advance copy to the other side. However, the same are not on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that to cut short the controversy raised in the present petition, which is for staying the order dated 21st August, 2013, transferring the petitioner from General Cadre to Technical Cadre, he may be directed to submit a substantive representation to the respondents, which shall then be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with law. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had filed a representation dated 6th September, 2013, before the Competent Authority and the same is pending consideration. W.P.(C) 214/2016

We have perused the said representation, but the same does not deal with the petitioner's grievance for change of his cadre from General Cadre to Technical Cadre. If the petitioner seeks a change of his cadre, then he may file a substantive representation with the respondents within a period of four weeks, which shall then be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with the law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt thereof, under written intimation to the petitioner. 5.
