Review Petition No.97/2017 & CM No.10483/2017 (of respondent for condonation of 443 days delay in filing review) 3.

The respondent Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) seeks review of the order dated 23rd November, 2015 disposing of the petition inter alia with a direction to the respondent DUSIB to refund to the petitioner an amount of Rs.7,000/- deposited by the petitioner along with interest.

Due to typographical error, the rate of interest @ 7% per month instead of @ 7% per annum as intended has been recorded in the order. Review Petition No.97/2017 in W.P.(C) 10796/2015

The counsel for the petitioner/non-review applicant appears on advance notice and fairly states that he has no objection to the correction being made.

The delay in applying for review is condoned and the review petition is disposed of by directing that the interest be computed @ 7% per annum instead of @ 7% per month as erroneously recorded in the order dated 23rd November, 2015.

The respondent DUSIB to now release the amount so computed on or before 10th April, 2017.
