% 04.01.2016 CM APPL. 145/2016 This is an application for recall of the order dated 23rd November, 2015.

Since the application for condonation of delay has been dismissed on the ground that no sufficient cause has been shown, therefore, the appeal was dismissed on the ground of being barred by time. There is no power enabling the court to recall the dismissal of the condonation of delay application unless there is an error apparent on the face of record which admittedly is not the case of the appellant. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
