O R D E R

% 12.01.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the decree holder wishes to withdraw the execution petition with liberty to prefer a fresh execution in the event of the judgement debtor society not using the monies collected by it for re-development and benefit of the society or using it for other purpose than re-development and benefit of the society. He further states that in case the accounts are not periodically maintained, the decree holder shall move for execution.

The execution petition is disposed of as withdrawn in the light of the aforesaid statement.
