% 23.05.2016 Crl.M.A.8457/2016 (for reduction of surety amount) Considering the gravity of the offence whereby the petitioner was convicted under Section 376 (2) (F) IPC and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for ten years, I find no sufficient ground for further reduction of surety amount which is reasonable one. Dismissed.
