% 13.07.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a special leave petition.

Petitioner's native village is far away from Delhi in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. Delhi address given in the nominal roll was found incorrect. He gave another address of Delhi, which was again found to be incorrect. At the said address, that is, H. No.199, Sector-28, Village Bamnoli, Dwarka, Delhi, one Smt. Kanta was found living, who stated that petitioner was not known to her nor was she having any relation with him. For filing the special leave petition, petitioner has to stay in Delhi. However, he has failed to give an authentic Delhi address. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
