% 11.01.2016 The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail in FIR No.293/2015, under Sections 379/411/482/413/34 IPC, Police Station Kalyan Puri. The present bail application came up for hearing on 16.12.2015 and the State was directed to file the status report. In pursuance of the same, the status report has been filed.

In the status report, it is submitted that on 29.03.2015, during the patrolling duty, the petitioner/accused was apprehended with a stolen car. Accused was arrested on the same day. It is further submitted that the accused has

a history of being previously involved in 10 criminal cases. It is further submitted in the status report that the petitioner is involved in similar nature of cases and he is not doing any work/ job except stealing cars.

In the facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case to grant the bail to the petitioner/accused at this stage. Bail application is accordingly dismissed.
