% 25.07.2016 Counsel for the parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties on terms. In this context, counsel for the respondent has handed over a bankers cheque bearing No.512527 dated 10.05.2016 for Rs.3,23,861/- drawn on State Bank of India, CAG-II, New Delhi to counsel for the petitioner in full and final payment of all the dues of the petitioner's company. The same has been accepted by counsel for the petitioner, who states that with this payment nothing further is due to the petitioner from the respondent with respect to the subject matter of the instant proceedings and he is instructed to not to press this matter any further. Consequently and as prayed, the petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid settlement. All pending applications stand disposed off accordingly.
