Status report on behalf of the State has been filed and the same is taken on record.

Mr.Sunil Kumar, Advocate has appeared along with petitioners in person and submits that he will file his vakalatnama during the course of the day as he has recently been engaged in this matter. However, on instructions he submits that petitioners want to withdraw this writ petition. 3.
The petitioners, who are present in person, have also been questioned about the reason for withdrawing the writ petition and they replied that their marriage has been accepted by their respective families hence they do not apprehend any threat. Both the petitioners have also placed on record their respective gate passes stating therein that their marriages have been accepted by their respective families and so they wish to withdraw this writ petition 4.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
