This issue in this petition pertains to custody of a minor child of respondent no.1, which is contested by petitioner, who is grandmother of children.

It is stated that the child has since attained the age of majority, therefore the question of custody does not arise.

Custody was sought of Anurag Sharma, who has now achieved the age of majority on 02nd March, 2006, and therefore, petition itself becomes infructuous.
