% 19.04.2017 The petitioner has sought the following reliefs: - "(1)Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ direction or order to the respondents for giving details of financial year 2012-13 paid total money Rs.162,31,97,449/- (One Hundred Sixty Two Crore Thirty One Lac Ninety Seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty Nine) for advertisement telecast by the Health Ministry of India Government and its expenses details provide.

(2) Pass any such orders/directions or writ of mandamus to Respondents to take appropriate actions against the officer/departments who are totally failed to furnish required information under Right to Information Act, 2005." The respondents, i.e., the Prasar Bharti as well as the Ministry W.P. (C) 11458/2015

of Health and Family Welfare have filed their affidavits disclosing the details that they possess.

In case the petitioner has any further grievance based upon the information supplied, it is open to him to take appropriate action in accordance with law. The reliefs claimed have been satisfied. The writ petition is disposed of.
