The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for quashing of FIR No.255/2015, under Sections 419/465/467/468/471/120B/420 IPC, registered at P.S. Connaught Place on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

On behalf of State/R-1, it has been submitted that in this case documents have been sent to CFSL and report is still awaited and hence, the prayer for quashing of FIR on the basis of settlement is opposed at this stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage, if necessity arises.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
