The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.251/2013 registered under Sections 328/392/397/34 IPC at PS Ali Pur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2013. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has clean antecedents and is not a previous convict. Independent public witnesses have already been examined. Bail is opposed by the State as allegations against the petitioner are serious. BAIL APPLN. 2545/2015

There are serious allegations against the petitioner whereby the victim / complainant was abducted by him along with his associates and was robbed of his Champion vehicle, purse containing cash `5,200/- and other documents. In the process, he was injured. Status report reveals that out of 26 witnesses, 10 witnesses have been examined. The petitioner is involved in 3 FIRs in similar nature of offences. It is informed that the petitioner has been identified by the victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the serious allegations, I find no sufficient ground for grant of regular bail. The bail application is dismissed.
