By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking parole for a period of two months on the ground of participating in the 'Mundan' ceremony of his son on his second birthday and to arrange funds for the same.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed mentioning therein that petitioner was released on parole from 3rd November, 2010 to 3rd December, 2010 but he jumped parole on 4th December, 2010. Thereafter, he was arrested by the crime branch of Delhi Police from Agra (UP) on 13th July, 2015.

In view of the above, no ground for release the Petitioner on parole is made out at this stage. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
