This writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in which the petitioner will necessarily plead and file the scheme being relied upon, whether such a scheme excludes an earlier temporary benefit or not and as to how the petitioner cannot be said to have got the benefit of the said DGR scheme for being entitled to the benefit of the DGR scheme. 2.
The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
