% 12.11.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition reserving the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies in case any adverse order is passed by the court of the Metropolitan Magistrate before whom final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has already been submitted proposing closure of the case arising out of FIR no.88/2014, under Section 498A, 406, 34 IPC of PS CWC Nanak Pura. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
