% 15.01.2018 CM APPL. 46815/2017 This application seeks to withdraw the appeal. It has been signed by the appellant and supported by an affidavit of the appellant's sister and the Power of Attorney holder, Ms. Neeru Khattar.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the matter has been settled between the family members, therefore, the appellant would not like to challenge the probate order.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
