% 20.01.2016 Alleging unauthorized construction in property bearing no. 368, Chirag Delhi, New Delhi, petitioner has approached this Court seeking demolition of unauthorized construction by the respondent no. 1. Detailed affidavit of Shri P.K. Jain, Executive Engineer (Building)-I, South Zone, South Delhi Municipal Corporation, New Delhi has been filed, stating therein that building has already been booked and demolition order has been passed. It has further been stated that partial demolition action has also been taken on 12th January, 2016.

In view of the affidavit of Shri. P.K. Jain,

Executive Engineer, this writ petition is disposed of, since action has already been initiated. Executive Engineer is directed to complete the demolition action and file the compliance report within four weeks. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
