% 27.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the dispute. The respondent-Dinesh Kumar who is present in person confirms that there has been a settlement with the petitioner. It is submitted that the settlement has taken place vide settlement agreement dated 30.04.2016. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.
