The present petition under Section 397 and 401 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Call for the records from the Court of Ms. Aditi Chaudhary, ASJ, Saket Court, New Delhi b) Set aside the order dated 1/10/2015 passed by the Ld. ASJ3/Special Fast Track Court, South East, Saket in SC No. 16/15, M01/15, titled as State vs. Sarat Chander; c) Any other order as deem fit by this Hon'ble court in the interest of the justice.

It is prayed accordingly."
