% 07.02.2018 This appeal is pending since 2015 against the order rejecting grant of bail. Since then the trial has progressed.

In our view, it would be appropriate that the appellant moves a fresh application before the Trial Court to seek bail, since the Trial Court is seized of the matter and would be able to better appreciate the contentions of the parties in relation to grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the appellant, therefore, seeks leave to move a fresh application before the Trial Court. Liberty to move a fresh application to seek bail is granted. In case such an application is moved, the same shall

be considered by the Trial Court on its own merits on an early date convenient to the court.

The appeal stands disposed of.
