By way of these two applications filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1419/2015 under Sections 420/448/506/34 IPC, PS Uttam Nagar, Delhi. 2.
Status reports have been filed by the State.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are women. They have joined the investigation and original documents have also been handed over to the IO. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to join further investigation as and when required by the SHO/IO concerned hence they may be released on anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have joined the investigation and that they are not required for custodial interrogation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail on their each furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/IO concerned. However, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation as and when required by the SHO/IO concerned. 6.
Applications stand disposed of.
As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
