% 23.02.2016 A joint undertaking on behalf of both the parties has been filed wherein it has been stated that the suit property i.e. the property bearing No.627, ground floor, Gali Mansjid Fakhrullah Beg, Karashkhana, Delhi shall be vacated by the petitioner on or before 30.4.2016 and the landlord will return the amount of Rs.1 lac to the petitioner on 15.01.2016 which amount has already been returned to the petitioner. The undertaking of both the parties is taken on record. Petitioner will be abided by his part of the undertaking. Needless to state that if the petitioner does not abide by his undertaking he shall be liable for contempt.

Petition disposed of.
