Issue notice. Ms. Meenakshi Dahiya, APP for the State accepts notice. State has no objection for condonation of delay. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay in filing the petition, the delay is condoned. 5.

The application for condonation of delay is disposed of. Crl. M C No. 223/2016 6.

Present Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr. P. C. for quashing of FIR No. 43/2015 registered under Section 354D/509 IPC at PS Chandni Mahal, New Delhi. It is stated that the Crl. M C No. 223/2016

matter has been amicably settled orally with the complainant/respondent No. 2 on 09.09.2015.

Complainant/respondent No. 2 is present with counsel and has been identified by him. I have enquired from the complainant if she has settled the dispute with the petitioner amicably without any fear or pressure. She has informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with her free consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question. 8.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No. 43/2015 registered under Section 354D/509 IPC at PS Chandni Mahal, New Delhi and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 9.

The petitioner is directed to deposit ` 15,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

10. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
