% 07.04.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the arbitrator has already entered upon reference and the petitioner has no objection if the interim order passed on 8th December, 2015 is made absolute in the meanwhile and the liberty is granted to the respondents to file an application under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for modification or vacation of the interim order. This matter was taken up second time. No one has appeared on behalf of the respondents. Interim order passed on 8th December, 2015 by the Division Bench of this Court is made absolute. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
