The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1275/2014 registered under Sections 307/34 IPC at PS Tilak Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2014. Despite opportunities, the statement of the victim could not be recorded for want of FSL report. PW-2 (Ramandeep Singh) and PW3 (Amandeep Singh) have not supported the prosecution case. Order dated 30.01.2016 records that the petitioner was granted interim bail and he surrendered after availing it. There are no allegations of its misuse.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
