No.30593/2015 TR.P.(C.) 87/2015 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the suit along with the pending applications (subject matter of the present petition) which was pending before the Court of Mr.Gurvinder Pal Singh, Additional District Judge has now been transferred (under administrative orders of the High Court) to the Court of Harish Kumar, Additional District Judge of the same district i.e. Central District. This has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, this petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.
