% 13.09.2017 Learned senior counsel submits that an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C has already been filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi. Therefore, first relief is not pressed. As regard second relief regarding FIR No.0785/2015 under Sections 454/506 IPC registered at Police Station Okhla, Delhi is concerned, he submits that the pleas taken in the petition would be argued at the time of arguments on charge. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
