Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not complied with the direction given by the Division Bench vide order dated 20th August, 2014 in W.P.(C)3332/1998.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that W.P.(C)3332/1998 is still pending before the Division Bench and is listed for hearing on 27th July, 2016. It is further submitted that the Division Bench has called for the status report in respect of the redevelopment of Lajpat Rai Market and therefore, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Division Bench.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Division Bench in

W.P.(C)3332/1998.

The petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
