% 20.01.2016 The respondents have issued an Office Order dated 18.01.2016 releasing the sum of `1,05,414/- to the petitioner, who complains of contempt of the Court's order. The petitioner, who represents himself, submits that the orders of Court have now been complied with. The respondents submit that they do not have the petitioner's permanent address. The petitioner discloses it to be: House No.34, Banashankari Third Stage, 1st Block, Bangalore-560 085. In view of the fact that the petitioner was harassed by the respondent's non-compliance with the Court's order, we are of the opinion that costs of `15,000/- should be paid to the petitioner. The respondents are directed to do so within two weeks from today. Cont. Cas (C) 911/2015 is disposed of in view of the above

directions.
