O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 The petitioner challenges an order of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies dated 12.11.2015. We notice that the said order is subject to revision and in fact revision proceedings are pending. Learned senior counsel submits that at present no Financial Commissioner is in place to decide the revision. The Court hereby directs that the hearing of the revision petition shall be taken up and decision announced within three months of the appointment of the Financial Commissioner.

The respondent's/complainant's right to move the authorities independently in accordance with law, is reserved. All rights and contentions in this respect are kept open.

The writ petition along with the pending applications is disposed of in the above terms.
