% 12.07.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 5, states that a final order dated April 8, 2016, pursuant to the charge sheet dated September 9, 2015, has been passed by the authority concerned, and as such, the petition challenging the orders dated July 2, 2015, October 1, 2015 and September 9, 2015 has become infructuous.
Noting the aforesaid submission, and the prayers, as made in the writ petition, appropriate shall be for the petitioner, to challenge the order of termination dated April 8, 2016, by way of fresh proceedings. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, and the liberty to challenge the order of termination dated April 8, 2016, is granted.
